Window Wipers LLC
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
By booking services with Window Wipers LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following terms:
Scope of Work
Services include window cleaning and related services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Work performed is limited to the services selected and approved.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to provide payment may result in late fees, collection actions, and/or legal remedies permitted under Missouri law.
Access to Property
Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service.
If access is not provided or service cannot be completed due to restricted access, a trip fee may apply.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Window Wipers LLC is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing glass damage
• Broken window seals
• Oxidized or deteriorated window frames
• Loose, failing, or cracked caulking
• Scratches not caused by Company negligence
• Permanent staining or hard water damage
• Manufacturing defects
Weather & Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to adjust scheduling as necessary for safety
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Window Wipers LLC’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service performed.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Satisfaction Guarantee
All services are subject to our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, available on a separate page.
Photographs
The Company may take before and after photographs for documentation, quality assurance, and marketing purposes.
Customers may request in writing that their property not be photographed for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Missouri.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
